Ya you got a point there, and i wouldn't be shocked if actually more companies act the same way.

Truly i think frogster is just trying to be known, by suing such a widely known "company" like e*pvpers, it will be known. Sadly not for something good. Ive heard of Frogster before, i always though it had something to do with that one game, leapfrog? (No offense).
But with our knowledge of Frogster it looks like that is the case.

lol you know was talking to a friend about this and what i think would be funny would be it the next thing you know some gold seller will sue epvp for unfair buisness practices cause you dont let them sell their gold here

Well, EPvPers, you got my support too. BTW, I played RoM since CBT, the whole OBT and some time after the release but quit because of the reasons already mentioned above - no support, no GMs and no balance both in gameplay and economics.
2 Frogster - guys, you'd better learn how a good game is made. ElitePvPers was always a legal community and will be. Your case is an epic fail already.
