PET Modules and Protocols

I have a level 8 PET and I know that at level 8 it unlocks new things for PET and I have the same things: level 1 and 2 modules and protocols and no level 2 radar

It "unlocks", it means you can buy and use lvl 3 protocols and modules.

Yes and it's not in shop so I can't buy it

The lvl 3 modules and protocols are the same as the lvl 1 and 2 just that they have better range or efficiency. Check in the pet tabs in the shop and when u click the modules/protocols u have to click on lvl 3.

On your second picture is level 1 2 3 click 3 and you have level 3
