[Request] Itemtype background colour

Hey guyz... I'm new to this forum.
I have an Itemtype that says [R] for refined and so on.
How do i make the background of the
super item be Pink
Elite item be Red
Unique item to be Green
Refined item Light Blue
Normal item normal background

I have Cheat Engine for Memory and VB 2008 Express (.NET) for Programming but imm still basic

you mean the map icon's?
If you mean the way they look on the ground you have to edit the mapicon,the itemtype.dat cant do it.

I find a file called Mapitemicon.ani
I know this is the file but when i edit with notepad I got thousands of 66000 of lines of this.

[Default]
FrameAmount=1
Frame0=data/MapItemIcon/Default.dds

[50000]
FrameAmount=1
Frame0=data/MapItemIcon/900380.dds

[3111000]
FrameAmount=1
Frame0=data/MapItemIcon/111300.dds

So how do i modify this file to change hr background colour depending if it is super etc
