I say him again about fee, he say what this is not his business. After i say what i send msg to ePvP support, he send me money what must cover fee again. But again without fee for sending. At the end i get 46.05$ instead of 46.50, and i spend around hour while waiting him and his character. Not good, not scam. Neutral.
