We agreed on 0.3 per k + fee from him, i say about fee two times and he accept. After i send gold he send me money without fee. I say him again about fee, he say what this is not his business. After i say what i send msg to ePvP support, he send me money what must cover fee again. But again without fee for sending. At the end i get 46.05$ instead of 46.50, and i spend around hour while waiting him and his character. Not good, not scam. Neutral.
