I am from egypt i tried to make my own private server with zero online i do all steps but still not working i neeeeeeeeeeeeeeed help any one can make video and show me how to do like he done ???? please

why does everyone want to run the server on there pc -.- there is a rar in the guide to fix some of it but then again the files are old and work best with older version of windows.
