Problem with PServer: Please look at SS's

So when ever i run Acc Server, Npc Server, and MSG Server, they all shut down after opening them. I used Mama's guide and these are my results. I'm on XP so vista is not the reason. Please look over the SS's and provide any help.

Take the db name and lower case it change from JZ to jz then go to all the config files and save to lower case jz. then click on the jz in Navicat and give it promission.

whenever i tried to give permissions all the boxes just uncheck. I'll change the db to lowercase and try it though

Edit: Alright i can give jz permissions now but the ACC server is still shutting down immediatly. Also, when i try to run the msg server. It comes up with an error saying...
DBname:jz
User:test
Password:test

could this be the problem with the acc server too because the login to the databse is
User: root
Password: (blank)
