lol, Skys is throwing a fit and posted a screenshot of the website. Indefinitely down in the interest of TQ not banning me, but they do have a pretty short attention span.
Nevermind what used to be in this post, here is an updated version of Monster.ini, with the Neptune boss alarm. This one announces their name and potency, so you don't look like a complete cheater when you rush out to kill Dun_B_TopRoom. Thanks to chongkhb for helping me confirm that I did everything right.
Oh, and before I forget, no thanks at all to the beggy noobs that just wanted someone to do this. You all can rot.
This is here because I don't believe in deleting parts of posts when I edit them. Ignore it
I don't actually have the monster.ini with the alarm, but I've seen the alarm code. Aside from the Neptune bosses, there are a few monsters that I'm interested in actually seeing, because I've never even heard of them before. I copy/pasted the alarm code for the GPA boss into another monster, but it only half works. What I mean is that I can get the system message to announce that the monster has spawned, but all it reads is "Dun_A_TopRight!", or whatever equivalent. No monster name, no coordinates, no "Alliance members, pay attention". I've gone a few threads back and know that asking for monster.ini doesn't really get results, but can someone at least help me with this?
That would be cool, there's a few monsters I'm interested in tracking to get an early start on the new official server, and having more examples of the alarm would help in creating my own alarm for other monsters. I'll obviously share the information with you guys, and any parameters that need specific values (I think there may be one or two).
*bump*
So I managed to reverse engineer the alarm for all the Neptune bosses, but it still only announces their spawn regions, not the coordinates. Here's a file that will announce when the Moon Fortress bosses spawn, to prove that I'm not just begging for the alarm. The system will announce Moon_Stronghold! whenever any of the boss Drillbots or Warbots spawn, but no coordinates show. I didn't see the point in posting the one that announces the spawns of Neptune bosses, since if you're asking for Monster.ini, you probably don't know where they spawn anyways.
Skys was temp-banned for being caught with it, and it looks like he's going to be perma-banned for throwing such a disproportionate fit over it. Anyways, what you posted was exactly what I had reverse-engineered, but I did learn something anyways. My results in a bit.
This code goes at the bottom of any entry: Roar=<#####>~%d~%s~appear~near~%s~(%d,%d)
That will announce the spawns of any monster you put it under, what map it spawned in, and give an approximate location of where it spawned. <#####> is fluff text, replace it with anything you want, but make sure it's unique for each monster. The first %d is potency, the first %s is the monster name, the second %s is the map it spawns on, and the set of %d at the end is the coordinates the monster spawns near.

Or if this isnt possible does any1 have spawn times for the bosses in neptune/green planet?
Either of those would be helpful
Thanks in advance
