Looking at what you have, my advice is to not even bother with public testing or even using that build.
It is weak to the speedhack tool (which isn't so easily fixable unless you know some pretty hardcore asm to patch the client and gameserver AND write a input server side proxy to filter excess data between gameserver and client).
Your goals of what you plan to do stated on your site aren't doable in under a year without tools (Since half of them require dat replacements to do). I also question your choice of unsafe hosting (which has a geo-location in the US and using a .COM) after all the raids that have been going on, it just seems very unwise.
Without keeping it ip restricted and private to rewrite half of the server and nearly all of the client dats, your server will be bombarded with crashes and people hacking. It won't be worth anyone's time to even play on it.
