[Request] Help In Pserver Creation

First of all pre-replying to all the haters comments

I am new to this but i want to learn
i have made several co servers but never and eo server
i want to make a zo server because i love that game and i wish to make my own server for it jst 4 fun and i don't care if it doesn't work on any computer else i will be the only one playing
i just want to learn more and i hoped for someone to help through it cause i've searched for more than 2 months on a way to create a zo pserver other than those to get other files than those on this forum cause they are not working on my computer
well sorry for talking too much but the thing is
first acc server crashes when it is "kernel init ok"
and the MSG server and the NPC server give the same error which is

and i searched for an SQL for the JZ and jz_acc and i found nothing and i actually don't know if they even need an SQL and my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and i can't download hamachi so im using the ip i got from IP Chicken
If Someone could edit me the server files and upload it for me i would be really thankful and i know u don't want to do work for noobs but think again if u know alot about this stuff....aren't u supposed to help others with ur knowledge and on teamviwer also that would be great

For starters, the servers do not play well with Vista/Windows 7. the servers were designed in windows xp so they run better in windows XP you will run into a lot of port problems. but since your not making it public it wouldnt matter. as for your ip, if your never gonn make it public switch your inis and dats with 127.0.0.1 get it working through local host before you try to push it through your router.

Have you configured your
Gameserver.cfg?
AuthorizeDB.cfg?

Check those, always make sure MySQL is running cause if its not nothing will connect.

My AuthorizeDB.cfg is

127.0.0.1 root test jz_acc account name password id
count_stat server_name status
127.0.0.1 root 4871344843773d3d111 jz_acc

and my Gameserver.cfg is

1000 1000 1000 1000 1000 1000 1000 1 127.0.0.1 root test jz

and i always check mysql is running

[Edit]: I can't find any dats in the server files btw

it gets easyer as time passes i wish you the best of luck i'm in the middle of learning the DB server set up is fairly. easy if you use AVG it will say the server files are viruses even tho there might not be on but no telling what people will do. if you are having a hard time setting the server up still you can message me and i'll be happy to help out.

I don't know but i use Win7 Ultimate and i have no problems.

i am on Vista and no problems either but i am also use to the p-server of EO,CO,UO,WoW,ZO set ups. what is easy to some might not be easy to others we all started out not knowing what to do. Learn and Grow!

That error usually comes from not having the correct MYSQL service running/ and or wrong user/pwd/ip >.<

Check i only ever got that when i had wrong Mysql service running. other then that its cause of wrong ip/pwd/user.
