Not working for me :/
I can get the filled bag into my backpack but when I leftclick it and click on my target, I see the trade window for 1 second and then it closes instantly

Auf Last-Wow getestet.
--> Geht NICHT!
Item im ersten Slot der Bank wird grau, aber die Tasche bleibt an ihrer Stelle.
Gibt trotzdem nen +thanks für die Mühe und Arbeit

So:
Get some bags from general goods vendor
equip the empty bags in the slot next to the backpack both the receiver and the giver
make party
the giver opens the equiped empty bag

In the NGE characters were given respec kits. Once you level up to 90 you may have respecs left over. You were also given a second character slot shortly after the NGE. This exploit will not only let you trade no-trade items but also trade your level 90 respec kit to level up your alt instantly to level 90.
Make a new city, you will become mayor. Drop your no-trade items in the city hall. Have your alt voted mayor. Drop your respec kit, jedi robes, schematics, or...
