funktioniert das nur auf bestimmten emu servern ? also auf dem ich spiele geht das irgendwie net sobald ich das symbol anklick wars das dann passiert nix mehr

Theoretisch funktioniert das auf allen Servern.
Praktisch aber auf kaum welchen, da Anti-Cheat mittlerweile sogar ein Affe auf einen Server abspielen kann.
Wenn du unbedingt Cheaten wilslt such dir einen Server wo kein Anti Cheat drauf ist

When i try to download its say: File not found. if someone can upload again will be great. btw...i play on private server 1.9.0 will work?

If you can't type in "WPE Pro downlaod" in google, the programme will never work for you.
