Well I found this accidently when i got disconected from server in stealth mode.
1- Use Stealth , Rank 1 is the best because it slows you by 50%
2- Log Out
3- Log Back In
4- You will now move faster in stealth mode
5- UnStealth
6- And you will now RUN FASTER!!
BTW: U can use any other Spell/Buff/Ability to slow you down it will also work.
