For those of you who are wondering where the hell these codes go, here's a small guide(very easy)
First open cheat engine(5.4 pref) and target wow.exe
next, hit first scan after you've put the items code into the box next to hex(this is the item you want to change)
3rd CTRL A the numbers in the box to the side(all but the green ones) and click the red arrow
4th. CTRL A all the numbers to the bottom and check them all at once
5th-right click any of the bottom numbers and find CHANGE RECORD. Then value. In the value box put in any of the above codes
When you've done this. Look at the item you had originally, and it's temporarily turned into whatever items code you just put in. Enjoy!
PS: In order to find an items code, go on thottbott.com and search for it. The code will be the last numbers in the URL

hm das umwandeln funzt zwar aber all diese schönen items funzen auf dem server wohl nich xD
zu dumm das es auch nur das item im bag effektiert... man kann sich also kein equip machen (bzw. nich anziehen).
Well, maybe I'm doing smth wrong , but for me as I change, for example the Engineer's Ink for 36764-Dmg buff, a quest item appears in my backpack instead of Ink. Moreover, it's usable. But when I try to use it - my hands begin shining with blue rays just like I'm casting this item on myself and... nothing else. My hands are shining till I press esc or another cast. Mangos 3.0.9
Maybe it's better so. If it worked so easy, it would be anarchy

Man kann zum Beispiel die Ingenieurstinte in ein Murlockostüm verwandeln, und dieses sogar benutzen.
Ich habe auch herausgefunden dass man die Tinte sogar in ein Leichtes Rüstungsset verwandeln kann. Wenn man dieses anschließend benutzt bleiben die +8 Rüstung sogar nach einem Relog =D
The most epic Grand Chase Cheat Engine hack ever (EXP/monster movement and spawn hak) 10/23/2009 - Grand Chase - 2 Replies I thought this was just the coolest hack ever. The only hint given by creator was taht you need to find out waht makes monsters stop and go and then use that value and repeat it.
