Hey Community,
A little exploit, on how to socket a gem for free!
First you go to Elwynn forest and kill some wolves, until you get a Broken Fang :
.Then you do a 4 Byte Scan for 7073 (or the id of the item of your choice).
Now you copy everything expect the green adresses out of the list, into the field on the bottom.
Then you select every adress with ctrl + a and set them to group 1.
After that, you select them all again and freeze them.
So far so good.
Now you go to thottbott.com and search a nice gem. (You won't socket this one, but we'll talk about that later). I took this one:
(Link: .The ID of this item is 33131, you go back to Cheat Engine and select all adresses in the bottom field.
Then you right click in the bottom field and select Change Value -> Value.
Now there should pop up a box which asks you for the value you want to change. Insert the ID of your Gem.
If you've done everything right, every value should have changed. Now you can tab back to WoW and look in your backpack!
Tadaaa!!!

Open your character screen and Right-Shift-Click on the Item of your Choice, to open the socket window.
Drag the Socket into the Socketplace and socket it. Now there should be a Socket with +8 Strength!!
Congratz, you changed your Fang into a green Socket.
Now unfreeze everything, delete the list on the bottom, close Cheat Engine and relog.
w000000t it's still there :P

Hey liebe E*pvp-Community,
Ich habe einen Exploit für euch, mit dem ihr ein billiges Item in einen grünen Sockelstein tauschen könnt
Zuerst geht ihr zum Wald von Elwynn, dort grindet ihr Wölfe, bis ihr einen kaputten Fangzahn gefunden habt
.Jetzt öffnet ihr Cheat Engine und macht einen 4 Byte Scan für die ID (bei mir is es 7073).
Jetzt kopiert ihr alle Adressen (Ausser die grün hinterlegten) in das Feld ganz unten, in dem ihr auf den roten Pfeil klickt.
Dann markiert ihr alle Adressen (Strg + A) im unteren Feld und setzt sie zu Gruppe 1.
Jetzt markiert ihr nochmal alle und freezt sie, in dem ihr auf den haken klickt.
So weit so gut.
Jetzt geht ihr auf Thottbott.com (oder buffed.de) und sucht euch nen schönen Sockel aus, der in den zu sockelnden Platz passt, aus. (Den Stein werden wir jedoch nicht sockeln, jedoch dazu später mehr). Ich hab den hier genommen
(Link: .Die ID des Items ist 33131, jetzt markiert ihr alle Adressen in dem Feld ganz unten und klickt rechts. Dann Change Record -> Value.
Eine PopUp Box sollte erscheinen, in dieser gebt ihr die ID des Sockels an(33131 in meinem Falle).
Wenn ihr jetzt alles richtig gemacht habt, dann Alt-Tabbed zurück zu WoW und öffnet euren Rucksack.
Tadaaaaa!

Öffnet euer Sockel Fenster mit Rechts-Shift-Klick auf das Item das gesockelt werden soll und schiebt den neu erworbenen Sockelstein in den dafür vorgesehen Platz. Tabbed zurück zu CE und unfreezt alle Adressen in dem Feld unten, dann löscht ihr alles was in dem Feld unten steht, schliesst CE und geht zurück zu WoW, dort reloggen und ihr habt einen kostenlosen Sockel mit +8 Stärke
