i was wondering, how do i know what server im playing ?

go to your WoW folder, open realmlist file with Notepad and write here what u have in it.

how do i know what emulator my server is...?

If it's a private server then you have to connect to it through the website ^o)

If you wanna know the realm then go to the character screen and look in the top right lol..
