How can i compile (Noob Question but i am noob at this)

Hello all i got this problem that when i changed something in source it doesnt changes inside how do i compile

please help

right click on solution and choose Rebuild, and right click on both loginserver and gameserver choose Properties and choose rebuild from the window that appears and make sure it saves at bin\Debug folder.

Download C# express editiong , , press f5
