Im really confused on how to getting on emu servers beacuse when i change the realmlist and go try to log in it says unable to connect or some files mabye corrupt. Then when i switch it back to bliz it let me play...... Please Help.....

You can't play on Emuservers with latest patch applied. You need WoW Client Version of 1.8.0 - 1.8.4, to play on emu server. In general I recommend using a seperate WOW client for Emu-play.
