Please help! With own private server!

Hi! I am quite new with forums and stuff.

I wish to have my own private offline wow server, you know just for myself where i can fool arround,
Now I got one legion server working, i followed an tutorial on youtube with StormCore Client or something.

But now what i wish to do is to change some things, like change xp gain, or change the amount of gold my char has, change mount drop rate's, unlock heirloom gear ect ect.

I was wandering how i can do this, i can't find it anywere and was hoping to get an awnser here!
If i have to make a new server with Trinity or ArcEmu or something i am willing to do so!

You cann Edit all this Stuff on the worldserver.conf in your main WoWServer folder.

For Example if u use Notepad++ Press Ctrl + F and search for "Rates"
