Well, when i was playing on a private server / searching for a server, i checked out wowstatus. Nowadays u can present ur server here at the Section. But please if u do so, take urself time for the presentation. Everyone hates these 'in-1-minute'-written presentation. For example u can comply with the presentation. If u did it like it people will at least check out ur website.
