Question MySQL Problem

Ich habe ein Problem die MySQL.exe zu starten undzwar steht dort:
unten ist das bild..

Und wenn ich in Navicat auf die Datenbank zugreifen möchte steht dort:
1045 - Access denied for user "root"@"localhost" (using password: YES)

Ich benutze ein 3.2.2a Repack und habe dieser Anleitung gefolgt:
