sorry i donīt speak dutch, so i have to try to help in english...
The 1-klick Servers mostly work on the same way, its a ready to use application.
in most cases there is a program included called something like server controller or manager, there are some buttons to start the server und stop it, sometimes there are buttons to start each part on it self, highly needed to run a server is:
-mysql
-logon-server
-world-server
if the complete package is smaller then 400MegaBytes, the maps are not included and must be downloaded or generated by yourself, in most cases the needed tool to extract the maps form the WoW Client, it should be "self-explaining". well if everthing is startet you can create your account, if you use a mangos realm this is preaty easy, when you have startet the world-server there is something open like a "dos-box" type in the following:
create <accountname> <password> <password>
setbc <accountname> 0 / 1 (0=BC disabled, 1=BC enabled)
if the account should have GM rights:
setgm <accountname> 1 / 2 / 3 (1=Moderator, 2=GameMaster, 3=Administrator)
