Simple Private Server Account Help [English]

Hi all I recently set up a little lan server for my friends and family at my house etc. Everything works fine but I dont know how to add new accounts >.< if you want a list of what tags are in my account table I can list them here:

id username I gmlevel sessionkey v s email joindate last_ip failed_logins locked last_login online tbc mutetime locale

and I tried making a new account this way:
[I deleted all the test accounts etc. btw]

failed_login: 0
online: 0

Is there something i'm doing wrong? I dont get it.. I just want to manually add an account to my accounts table.. can someone help me please? i'd give thanks.

well sorry buddy but I dont have the internet to host my server and yes you can dowload WoW but i'll PM you the link because i'm not supposed to post that on the forums.
