1st - this trick does not require a very well geared group, but that does not mean you will be able to pull if off in full greens either.
2nd - this is a non-bannable trick, this is how blizzard made it to be so it is "working as intended"
Heres what you do - you get your group to AQ40, go in, and pull the first mob. This mob requires all of you to drain its mana as quick as possible, it can be rough the first couple of times, but after that its quite simple. After you finish this one, you can move on to the 4 giants. This is where the trick plays out. You pull the giants, (make sure you mark each for which ability it has and kill them accordingly), kill 3 of them, then run out of the instance. Yes, thats right, run out of the instance. When you zone back in, all 4 of the giants will be back up. So you simply pull again and do the same thing, kill 3 and leave. You can do this 4-5 times before that first mob respawns, and when that happens you simply kill it and continue with this method.
This is a great way to farm reputation to get your rings even if you aren't an epic geared group. Another perk is getting all of the random drops off of the trash, such as the bug mounts.

okay, rennt in AQ 40 und pullt den ersten mob und haut manabrand und sonstwas drauf, so dass er kein mana mehr hat. danach ist er einfach. geht jetzt zu edn 4 giganten. pullt die giganten (haut am besten raidsymbole auf jeden) und killt 3 von denen. dann rennt aus der instanz. tada, sie sind wieder da. das geht ca 4-5 mal bis der erste mod respawnt.
