Is the RXP Guides folder from 29.09 still the newest one? Or am i blind and dont see newer ones?

Well there is no new one.

People seem to expect weekly updates to the guides. When the game did not change so why would the guides.

Also if it is so well done, as people pointed out DF was. Why would it need to be constantly updated. Seeing it is Speedleveling only and nothing else.

Well if the community made guides they could be added. But instead they expect someone else to do it.

If you look at the format of the guides, they look pretty simple.

Didn't know I would actually get an answer, ****! Well, when I use Jaoanas guide, it does not get detected as add on anymore. I then downloaded it again from cursefoarge, emptied the folder instead copy pasted the contents in there and put the joana -era folder also in the add-ons folder.

If you could help me out here, that would be awesome, brother!

That is real odd because I even tried it myself and it works.
What did you extract it with, seeing 7zip is free.

The addon is 3.02.26

With 7zip.
3.02.26, is that the wow version? Isn't that the one for the current hardcore classic? Sorry i don't know much about that haha

You said the addon, so I said the addon version.

Delete the addon
Delete the saved variables and reinstall it.

Seeing there are issues with addons and people delete the addon and never bother with the saved variables and leave them there. When they are the issue.

I didn't even know about the delete saved variables, but i found it, did as you said and now i get the Joana icon on the map but i can't click it and can't open it in the interface.

Something wrong is with the installation. How did you install it? Curse/wowup/wago updater or did you do it manually?

ACTUALLY i just made it work! i deleted the addon, then drag and dropped the contents of the Folder in Add ons, went to curseforge and did the manual search function. Thhe add on got shown in curseforge but when i tried, sadly the same happened. I was about to deinstall it with curseforge saw the update button and just went for it. And that worked, i know have access to all guides, the guide is proper shown and everything looks gucci. Thanks again for the help and not giving up, so it actually worked out. Much love for the work

Then that shows the same thing as many people have, extraction issue.

Main cause is people use wrong or outdated software and wonder why it does not work. Then they blame my file for not working.

When people can just use an updater and install it that way instead.

Morning all. 911sky i really appreciate everything you do. Been using your guides for a couple of years but today i'm having an issue with Zygor for Classic. (sod)

open addon click one of the guides, in particular the reputation guide like Cenarion
get a popup saying i'm running a trial version.

I deleted every instance of "zygor" from my addons folder, saved variables, wtf, did a search for Zygor and deleted all of it.

Even checked registry emptied recyle bin.

Installed it manually into my addons folder, did not prompt to copy and replace anything so i now i deleted everyting.

Started the game, and usually Zygor would prompt me to go through the whole setup not just for the character, but the entire automation process for quests etc. options, but that did not happen.

Last two versions i download do this. It's very strange.

everything was working last phase.

Edit to note, even the runes say phase 4, nothing from p5 or 6 in it either. Very odd.
2nd edit, just noticed quite a few files show this: ZygorProfessionsCommonCLASSICTrial.lua, a lot of the files have trial in them.

Common cause for that is.

I would
Delete the addon
Delete the saved variable for the addon
Install witrh 7zip

That is what i have done. 7zip is the newest one.
i deleted all my saved variables, wtf, etc. in all versions of wow.

turned off my antivirus

extracted the zip and manually copied them over.

Zygor still shows trial, and wont load or list any guides other than the leveling guides and profession ones.

I know gold is not part of it, i dont care about that i use TSM.

I am wondering if they put in a check for anything. I found an old version of Zygor from September, and tried that one as well. IT also now says the same thing, trial for any guides i try and load.

It is very strange. I have been using it for years.
