Why do you need to know the reason for removal? There are enough informants on here and I know every single one of them. But then, I am not the only one that knows either.
People claim ownership on something they have not paid ownership for. Anyone can ask a takedown on anyfile. As they know for a fact, they never check 1. Who it is 2. What the file is .3 Even more.
I could take the chrome installer, add it to a archive, name it anything and people can come along and claim it is theirs. When they do not have any right to the file. But would still be taken down.
Also people think crawling though the internet works. Only if something is Public and they think this is the only place it is posted.
Oh what is funny it. The person that did a takedown. There is evidence they requested and took another file. So did what they claim they are against. How to catch a rat.

Hey, thanks for all the effort you're putting in helping us.
I have an issue with Bilis, I downloaded the .lua, used it. selected bilis as profile and it's working fine, however i do have a lot of items not posting due to posting disabled.
Apphelper is working fine.
I downloaded the .rar you provided (Bilis Classic WotLK (v1.0.1)) but when i'm trying to import custom sources i get invalid gold value error..

I cant seem to use the addon manager 911, was wondering if you could help. I opened addon manager and put in WoW Root directory which is C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_ but still doesnt work ):
