This is a macro that will allow anyone access through an instance portal.

Here are the steps
1. Stand in front of instance portal
2. Use the macro RIGHT when you're about to get teleported through
^^This bit will take a few tries^^
3. You'll be disconnected. Once you log back in, you'll be in front of the instance portal again.
4. Pass through the portal without getting ported in.
You can use this however you want, but I've used it to great effect in three ways:
1. My guild did a summon raid on Stormwind with the warlock behind the deeprun tram portal
2. I used this to get to the Deadmines secret spot
3. I used it to get behind RFC when alliance were ducking in and out of there, and just entangling rooted them right when they popped out.
