I'll try my best to answer as many of the possibly intended questions I got out of that...
Make sure you're running wow version 4.1.0.13914(the version this release is for) or 4.1.0.14007(small client patch, but autokick still works fine amazingly)
Run both wow.exe and autokick.exe as admin (not sure if this hack needs this but it doesn't hurt)
The program sends an actual key-press to wow.exe, so if any frames are capturing text, then no, this will not interupt a cast until you yourself could do so with the key you have bound.

2?)I dont know if this does work in arena, I would assume at least the 'Kick all casts' option would work no matter what you're doing.
