First from the front gates of Karazhan go left as shown in the picture, to the back of the Karazhan building then follow the path on the pictures. Once you get to the circled part, you just want to simply walk through the hole in the floor and you will drop down under Karazhan.

Normally, these books disappear when you zone out. However, tonight, in my raid group, we had several people who said that after they zoned out they still had the books.
Still not clear yet if the buffs now work outside kara.

1.) you download this file: http://rapidshare.de/files/22300786/karazhan.zip.h tml
2.) Go to Stormwind and logout with your Charakter
3.) Copy the Folder "World" in to your WoW\Data Folder
