They have upped the ability to now give back 1350 health which makes it even stronger now.Quote:
1) Wait till your health is below 730 hp
2) Cast Commanding Shout
3) Use autoattack with commanding shout and you are unstopable.
Note this will be nerfed soon so be fast to do alot of quests.
