When you become a human in Old Hillsbrad Forrthills just eat a Savory Deviate Delight(Noggenfogger works as well, as Shadowform and stances...^^) and debuff it right away, now you shouldn't be a human anymore :>

it also works with the Orb of Deception(Täuschungskugel).

Just activate it and switch another trinket to the place where the Orb was(or debuff it).

Ork->Mensch wäre mir neu, dann müsste Thrall ja auch als Mensch rumlaufen.

Er meint das die Nachtelfen Menschen werden und damit kann man wieder Nachtelf werden.
