Telo's Lootlink - addon with many items (might work with few items also, 1000+ would work ust great)
Ok, this is what you do:
Start running, either with autorun or just with plain "W"-key, open up your lootlink addon ( /LL ) and start pressing "Refresh" fast. This will (hopefully) make your wow lag, and also it will make you stand still while others will see you running straight forward. When you stop spamming "Refresh" you will be ported back to where you started the spamming.
