you'll start off slow, but it doubles your attack power each time basically
it can last forever, so long as you crit something again to refresh Rampage every 30 seconds. hitting for 1 million each time though will only give you that 1 hit to get the crit, so if u run out of mobs to crit in 30 seconds, which is a fast time in game tbh, you lose the buff....great for bosses like onyxia, i intercepted her adds, recklessnessed, got em all, refreshed my rampage to the last drop, then had time to run to her, hit her once, die to whelps.
