Picture this-
A crappy *** PUG. Youve wiped several times. Your gear is almost red. But your almost at the boss, so you keep going. Clearing some trash mobs, your group comes across a high-price, rare, Recipie, Plan, Book, anything like that.

Lets say, Rank 9 Evis drops, and you are a Rogue who already has it. Keep that information to yourself. Or, a Greater Fire Protection recipie just dropped, but your professions are Skinning and Leatherworking. Shh, keep all this to yourself!

Ok, back to Example 1- Rank 9 Evis drops, and you are a Rogue who already has it. These go for 50-200g on my realm, so of course your going to want it. Tell them you need it, ect ect, even if you dont. If and when you win it, they will of course want you to 'learn' it right away. But hey, you cant! Haha, wrong.

There are two ways (that I use) to do this scam.

#1. I either keep a low level cooking recipe in my bags, and use it. As there are plently of vendor whites, even after doing this 10 times, I still have extra.

#2. The less better (I cant write today!) way. This one is much worse, and only works with Rogues. Put poison on your wep then, very fast, equip your AD commision. Then, un-equip it (I use outfitter for this). To them, it appears that you have just learned the recipie.

The biggest problem with #2, is that the equiping of the AD trinket will show in the COMBAT LOG. But only if they are using the Blizzard default, and even then, the chances of them noticing are often slim..but use #1, and your chances of getting caught are slim to none at all!

ich glaub er meint wenn man inner inze is und nen wertvolles rezept oder sowas droppt dann soll man sagen das mans braucht obwohl mans gar ned braucht! und wenn mans gewinnt dann wollen die das man es glei lernt!
aber man kanns ned lernen weils nen andrer beruf is oder weil mans schon kann
da soll man sich dann rezepte kaufen die man lernen kann und so tun als ob man des lernt!^^

hm, nach den ersten paar Zeilen kann ich entnehmen das er meint wenn ihr z.B. in AQ schon Feuerball rang 12 könnt, behaltets für euch und wenns droppt needet es, anschließend verkauft ihr es halt mit nem Twink

Stellt euch dies vor.

Eine totale scheiß randomgruppe. Ihr seid schon einige male gewhiped. Deine Ausrüstung ist schon fast rot, aber ihr seid fast beim boss, also machst du weiter.
Während ihr n paar trashmobs killt, droppt ein wertvolles Rezept/Buch etc.

Zum Beispiel droppt rang 9 Ausweiden, und du bist ein Schurke der das schon hat. Behalte das für dich.

Oder, das Greater Fire protection (hab kp wie das auf deutsch heißt, benutze selber englischen client) Rezept droppt, aber du hast Lederverarbeitung und Kürschnern, brauchst das Rezept also nicht. Shh, behalte das alles für dich!

Okay, zurück zum ersten Beispiel. Rang 9 Ausweiden droppt, und du bist ein Schurke der es schon hat. Auf meinem Realm gehen die für 50-200g im AH, also willst du es natürlich! Sag deiner Gruppe also, dass du's brauchst, und wenn du beim würfeln gewinnst, wollen die anderen natürlich sehen, wie du's "lernst", also praktisch anwendest, damit sie sich sicher sind dass du's nicht im Ah verkaufst.

Aber hey, das kannst du ja garnicht, da du das Buch ja schon hast. Haha, Falsch!

Es gibt 2 Wege (die ich benutze) damit dieser scam funktioniert.

#1 Entweder, ich hab immer n lowlevel Kochkunstrezept dabei und benutze es
(Das sieht dann aus, als würde man das Buch benutzen)

#2 Oder, der nicht so gute Weg, der eigentlich viel schlechter ist, und nur als Schurke funktioniert : Pack Gift auf deine Waffen ("Benutzen" Animation) und dann equipped ganz schnell die Anstecknadel der Agentumdämmerung und nehmt sie dann wieder ab ("Lern" - Effekt). Das sieht dann für die anderen so aus, als hätte man das Buch gelernt.

Der einzige Haken an der Sache ist, dass man es im kampflog sieht, wenn ihr die Anstecknadel equipped. Trotzdem ist die Chance sehr gering, dass das jemand bemerkt.

Egal, ich benutze #1, denn das ist wesentlich einfacher, und die Chancen dass es bemerkt wird sind sehr gering bis nicht vorhanden.
