Okay so you are about to die and are running away... well don't stop running, when you die put your mouse over the part where it says Go to Graveyard while running.... your spirit should rez quickly over the body and it will say rezzurect, click it fast and you can rez

ok, did some playing around and wrote a "formal" mod. From what I tested it works. It does require a bit of server-side lag , which we all have been experiencing in spurts lately. It's not a 100% success so you have to be paying attention to whats going on and be prepared to be dumped right back where you were standing at low health and probably still in trouble.
How to use:
1) install it like a normal addon
2) die
3) press the release button when it pops up
4) pray it worked
How it works:
After the player presses "release", normally the PLAYER_ALIVE event is fired fairly soon after because they have spawned at the graveyard, then some time later as the player is running to their body CORPSE_IN_RANGE is fired, popping up the rez window. However, with a bit of lag, the CORPSE_IN_RANGE event is received before PLAYER_ALIVE because the server is slow in teleporting the character (models loading, lack of bandwidth). All we need to do is take advantage of the swapping of the two event flags and fire off RetrieveCorpse() before the teleport happens.
All of my testing was done in deadwind pass outside karazhan just so someone wouldn't see me dying and standing right back up. also the gy is really close and I could get it to work without much lag because I would spawn 10 feet from my corpse.
