Hi there, found this:
1st - this trick does not require a very well geared group, but that does not mean you will be able to pull if off in full greens either.
2nd - this is a non-bannable trick, this is how blizzard made it to be so it is "working as intended"
Heres what you do - you get your group to AQ40, go in, and pull the first mob. This mob requires all of you to drain its mana as quick as possible, it can be rough the first couple of times, but after that its quite simple....

AQ40 - Disconnect Lazy Player

In AQ40, there seems to be a bug that will kick players from the server. Both players must have a bug mount (kicker and kickee). We found it out in the Twin Emps room. No idea if it works elsewhere.
Here is what you do:
Have a player autofollow you (such as after a wipe when you are running back to C'thun) and start running in circles (Hold A + W at the same time). For some players, it will disconnect them from the server and sometimes will give them connection issues upon trying to...

Preparation
The Temple of Ahn'Qiraj is more scaling in difficulty than other instance. The first few bosses are on par with the harder bosses in Molten Core and the last bosses are harder than anything you find in Blackwing Lair.
Nature resistance is particularly important in this instance for many bosses. Equipment is important, but many encounters will be possible to beat with sheer wits and strategy. Nature Protection potions are clearly of use here.
