If you MC someone in a BG and they die while mind controlled they will become permanently mindcontrolled and unable to resurrect. Will hold until that player quits the game and logs back in.
This works for example in Cenarion Hold, too. MC someone and let him killed by the Guards.. works with Mind Control Cap, too. He looses 10% Durability AND has to relog.
