2 Warsong Gulch Glitches

The first glitch is the wall-flag can be dropped in the wall high above in the tower of the base. The only way to access it is the drop down and have quickpickup macro ready to use while falling.

The second glitch is the root glitch. If a person uses a speed boost, they can run behind a root making them inaccessible to targetting unless you use a speed or fear them out of the spot.

So the flag carrier goes up to the roof, jumps down, and while in air, he drops the flag - did I get that right?

Then he returns to the roof, waits until his factions' flag is being returned, jumps down, picks the opposite flag from middle air and returns it?

Is it impossible to do without the quickpickup macro, or is it just more difficult?
