Over a week ago I noticed a group fighting in Camp Aparaje in the Stonetalon Mountains. They were there for along time, struggling to escort Kayla for a quest.
I noticed that the hostile mobs were respawning instantly and there did not seem to be any limit to the number of respawns. A few minutes ago, I was doing the same quest, and had the same problem of instant respawns.
As soon as a mob dies, a new one respawns in the same place as the original had spawned. The original mob's body does not fade and remains for looting. This applies to the hostile Tauren in Camp Aparaje. Those in other areas do not have the same problem, their respawn times are normal.
