All knows that WoW have more places where you always "in combat" and cant rez others ppl. (Like Onyxia, or Ragnaros fight) But if u die( if ur class are priest, pally, shaman) and you have ss, or someone rez u with battle rez, dont stand up fast. Before it just make a target person, whom u want to rezz. Click "Yes" and fast click ressurect ur target, and it works always

Well if you ankh as a Shaman you usually dont have enough mana to ress someone...

Only if you got some really nice Equip since you ress with 20% health/mana of your max.

No, there are Zones where you are forced to combat, even after SS / Ankh.

Like Onyxia's Lair if you already attacked her. You will even be in Combat if you run into her Lair after you died and stand before the Instance Exit.

every boss in bwl puts you in combat now after 3-4 seconds.
