Well I dont know how detectable it is.
I dont know about people that got banned by using this hack.
They can't detect you by lame methods such as exename windowtitle and apptitle.

Wer den Hack auch immer gemacht hat sollte den algorithmus mal dazu verwenden, einen offline übersetzer schreiben. Dann kann man sich mal ein paar schöne makros machen mit orcish.

Also ist deffinitiv Verboten und führt zum Ban sobald es erkannt wird. Weiss auch das Blizzard wohl im nächsten Patch sich drauf vorbereitet hat
