Tubers- In Felwood there are blossoms and tubers that when you try to pick them, a quest window will display with a dialogue you must select ('Pick the wildblossom.....') for you to obtain the item. If you position your camera so that the window is over the tuber, you can click the dialogue, and then right click the tuber to pick it a second time before it disappears.
Why is this exploit good? Because tubers and blossoms spawn at their spawn points every 25-30 minutes and are priceless in high level instances. A tuber heals 700-900 HP and a wildblossom i believe is 2000+ HP over 30 seconds with a +10 stamina for 1 hour (sorry, not logged in atm). You get 7-10 tubers and 10 wildblossoms each time you pick them.
I'm not sure which other areas this exploit can be beneficial. I heard about this one from a trustworthy friend and have tested it while leveling in Felwood. Takes some practice.

Mhh, ich will dafür nicht extra ´n neues Topic aufmachen... bin nicht mal sicher, ob´s hierher gehört....
Man kann die Pflanzen auch mit mehreren Leuten gleichzeitig abernten. Einer säubert die Pflanze. Danach klicken alle auf die gesäuberte Pflanze, so dass jeder das Bild mit der Option vor sich hat ".... bla bla einsammeln" und bestätigen dieses. Spart ne Menge Salben in einer 5er Gruppe. ^^
Vllt kann man beides sogar kombinieren.

Wenn es laggy ist wie im Moment auf fast allen Servern, dann geht das sogar öfter als zweimal.
Habs gerade eben (Sonntag, 16:55h) viermal geschafft.

Theres a cave in Felwood filled with level 54ish elemental mobs, just north of Irontree Woods:

There is a lip going across the left side of the entrance, which basically acts as a wall. If you are flagged in combat with a mob, and move to the opposite side of this lip, the mob will have to go around the rock in the center of the entrance...

In Felwood to the north, there is a cavern with elementals, 52-54. The mouth of the cave has two entrances, seperated by a pillar of rock. Somehow the mobs CAN'T use the left entrance (when standing in front of the cavern), they will always use the right entrance. You, as a player, can use both.
This way you can kite mobs, by tagging them with a DOT, letting them run to you, then crossing the line of the left entrance and having the mob run the long way around, because they can't use the...
