I will post a screenshot of this exploit here soon, as i'm posting this at work. So the best i can do for now is mspaint.
It is confirmed ALLIANCE ONLY can still jump over the Arathi Basin fence.
You need 3 peices of riding speed gear (mithril spurs, riding speed to gloves, and your carrot on a stick), and your epic mount.
The jump point is about 2 yards to the right of the "right hand edge" of the "right arm" of the gate that opens at the beginning of play time.

There is a small grass mound around the tree at the base of my arrow. You need to jump off the end of this to have enough clearance over the fence.
It does take many attempts, and even our guilds seasoned IF Bank gap jumper had problems trying to get it their first time, just persist and anyone skilled can get it.
I would suggest grabbing the blacksmith with the free time you have, someone else can worry about the stables when they get let out of the pen.
Also to avoid GM tickets, try capping the blacksmith with a druid, as its well known that they can get there before others using the shortcut (cap the flag as they cap the farm, instead of while they are still in their holding pen).
