Alright, first and foremost you will need a friend for this to work. As a hunter, I am expecting that most of you will be engineers. Using your mind control cap, initiate a duel with your friend. DO NOT FIGHT EACH OTHER.
You may wish to shadowmeld/stealth if possible, otherwise hide behind a tree until you see an enemy on the opposing faction coming. Now, use your mind control cap and control your friend - it is possible to cast ******* Wrath on him! This will make your friend do INSANE damage along with granting him to fear, charm, and other nasty status ailments.
Yes, this bug is limited to certain circumstances, but it works very well if you execute it correctly.
