For the dragon Azuragos in Azshara, if another party or the opposite faction has tap on the dragon, have your party focus on the dragon and force him to agro you. When agroed, drag him down to the ocean this will cause him to go into evade mode. Once in evade mode he will regain any hp lost and will become untapped. This will let you steal the tap on him.
