You can also disable the tracking part all together so that it just becomes a map program similar to WoW Cartographe. However I don't have a large amount of locations in this program-- the included locations file is a little out-dated (from Beta). I also had a file with ~300 quest NPC's but lost it because I forgot to back it up during a format
This program also uses the game's inner coordinate system, so it may be useful to find coordinates for those teleport programs? (I'm not sure because I've never used them)

You'll want to run the WoWGPSMapExtractor first to generate the map files, then run the actual program.
NOTE: in the case that it asks you for some .DLL upon running the program(it probably will), just google the name of it and you'll surely find it. It may need a few cause I made it link MFC from DLLs(for those of you who know what that means...)
