The Divino-matic Rod Quest in Zul'Farrak is a tough fight where you
have to fight waves and waves of trolls which usually results in
wiping out the party. Here is an exploit you can do without fighting
the waves after waves of trolls that spawn. The encounter is scripted
so that you don't get the quest completion until you speak with Bly
after all the trolls have been killed. So what you do is trick the
game into thinking that you have already killed the trolls before
releasing Bly.
#1 Make sure you kill all the mobs you encounter along the way to Bly.
There are many mobs thare are bugged where it doesn't look like they
aggroed your party but are aggroed. The trick will not work if any
mobs are aggroed against the party.
#2 When you get to Bly's area with the pyramid, clear ALL the mobs in
the surrounding area including all patrols.
#3 Kill the executioner and get the key to the cage, but do not
release Bly from his cage yet.
#4 Double check to make sure no trolls have spawned and if so, kill them.
#5 Speak to Bly without releasing him from the cage, he should be
bugged into thinking that you have killed all the trolls and you
should be able to complete the quest.
#6 You might have to speak with him repeatedly to get the trick to
work. Try turning on your PVP flag and then talking to him again.
#7 You might also have to release him from the cage first before right
clicking on him constantly to get the trick to complete. You might get
now is not the time to talk, but continue to click on him try to talk.
