---BEFORE FOLLOWING THE STEPS AHEAD, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RESTED EXP ONCE YOU GET PAST STEP 4----
1. Enable your WoW console by going to the WoW icon on your desktop, right clicking and selecting properties and adding -console to the end of the command line.

2. Whenever you're about to log off, don't! First run your character to an instance.

3. Open up your console by clicking the tilde key "~".

4. Type in autoclearAFK 1 -- This automatically clears your AFK status when you get it, so you aren't disconnected by the server for being Idle.

5. Put a heavy object on your foward arrow key.

6. Make sure you are running into the corner, or something INSIDE the instance where it can just sit and will not die.

So now you just go off and watch TV while your character stays ingame in the instance with his/her rested xp. Do this while you sleep and generally when you go out with friends... If you're lucky, your character will happen to be ingame while they issue a Server Restart. Lucky for you, now you can log back in with unlimited rest xp.

Completely wrote it all myself, the knowledge was gathered from many places, but I put together the steps that I don't think anyone else thought of yet. So enjoy the unlimited rested xp fella's

Frage ist nur ob die dich nicht dran kriegen , weil die dich auch für einen Gegenstand der auf deiner Tastatur liegt und die Pfeiltaste gedrückt hält bannen können.

Dann doch einfach nen Macro mit AutoIt oder ACTool machen was dich alle paar minuten aufstehen oder ein schritt vor/zurück machen lässt...dafür dürfst kein bann bekommen, wär ja auch kein Bot in dem sinne....

Where EXACTLY do i put -console?

right click on the server icon and then properties in the line Target or whatever
for example:
"C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe"
---->"C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe" -console

This exploit didn't work for me. I went inside an instance (stockades) and did the AFK command in the console and left myself running into a wall (put an object on the arrow key) while i went to sleep. In the morning, the rested xp bar didn't move at all.

Well this didnt work for me at all...

I was actually STARING at my screen while IN the instance WHILE the server cut off and it got a server alert. Whne i logged back on there was no more rest xp than before.

Let Your Char Sleep In An Inn/City "ZzZ" over Night...thats the best methode yet...*g*
