I dont remember which bridge but i think it was the last one you got through and when you get off it towards north you mana suddenly fills to a full bar. I tried it several times to make high lvl water for myself LOL. I went back on the middle of the bridge made water then ran back towards north out of the bridge and my mana got full agian. Im 100% sure this works and there are more areas that this happenes. But when i started noticing it was here and from now on when i find more locations i will let you know. It might not be useful but if we find better mana locations it will be good for raids or smth.
