I found that if you spin your mouse very fast while holding the right-mouse button you will be disconnected. I also found that if you use this disconnect technique during a fall, the next time you login you will be at the point in the fall at which you were disconnceted, thus taking the damage appropriate for that height, and not the initial jump height.
